Collaborate
Whether PFL works is an empirical question. We are assembling the people to answer it.
Mathematicians and statisticians
Stochastic processes, joint longitudinal–survival models, identifiability, information theory. The open problems are listed under Mathematics.
Cohort and data holders
Repeated blood measurements on the same people with linked outcomes. Analyses run under your data agreements, and only aggregates are shared.
Health systems
Dense routine labs and the clinical questions they could answer. A retrospective validation is the first step.
Funders
A staged programme with explicit go and no-go points, each tied to a preregistered test.
Clinicians and beta testers
Help shape the position report, and test whether it changes decisions.
Open-source contributors
Code, curation of hazard curves and evidence grading. Everything is public.
